TASTING NOTES

As you bring the glass closer, a fresh, herbal fragrance unfolds on the nose. At first sip, we find a delicate herbal base. The juniper is presented with elegance. The finish is clean, persistent, the herbal notes fade slowly, leaving a feeling of connection with the earth and unique nature.

Gin reposado en barrica de roble americano, donde descansó un Blend ultra premium de Tannat producto de la cuidadosa selección de uvas locales.

NOTA DE CATA:

Perfil extremadamente fino y equilibrado, complejidad única en boca complementado por el roble, terminando con un toque amargo producto de los taninos extraídos del reposo en madera añejada con vino tannat pero con el enebro siempre protagonista. En nariz un aroma sutil, a la vista un rosa violáceo que transmite perfección.
